Why we built this

Independent coffee shops are the heart of our communities, but they face a constant challenge: the morning peak. Queues stretch out the door, customers wait longer than they’d like, and baristas are under pressure to keep up.

We talked to dozens of shop owners and heard the same story: they want to serve more customers without compromising quality or hiring more staff. That’s where Vlot comes in.
