How does Vlot work? ▼
Browse nearby coffee shops on the app, choose your drink, and pay securely. You’ll get a notification when it’s ready. Walk in, show your order code, and grab your coffee—no queue.
What payment methods do you accept? ▼
We support iDEAL, Wero, and major credit cards. All payments are processed securely through our certified payment providers.
Can I cancel or modify my order? ▼
You can cancel for free within 5 minutes of placing your order. After that, contact the shop directly through the app. Refunds are issued automatically if the merchant cancels.

Do I need special equipment? ▼
No. Vlot works on any device with a web browser. You can use a tablet, smartphone, or computer to receive and manage orders. We recommend a tablet near your prep area for best results.
How quickly do I get paid? ▼
Payments are settled weekly via bank transfer. You’ll receive funds from Monday–Sunday orders by the following Friday. Premium plan members can opt for daily settlements.

How much does Vlot cost for merchants? ▼
We charge a simple 5% platform fee per completed order. There are no monthly fees on the Basic plan. Premium plans start at €49/month and include advanced features like analytics and multi-location support.
